"I've been with this insurance agent for around 7 years. They are great with getting everything ready for real estate closing, they are responsive over the phone and email, and they offer good advice for your coverage amounts. The policy was easy to access online and set up auto pay. They work fast and usually complete requests on the same day. I would recommend them to new home owners for the customer service"

"We have been long-standing customers of State Farm for over 15 years, and specifically with this Agent in New York for over a decade. Over the years, the staff has turned over and service at times was certainly lacking. That being said, since Gloria has joined the team, the level of service has risen exponentially. Not only is she extremely responsive and attentive, but is always so lovely and personable, truly separating her from anyone we have interacted with in the past.
